Assisting with all opening and closing duties as assigned by management.Monitoring the cleanliness and operation of theatre vending equipment.Cleaning auditoriums at the end of scheduled shows and maintaining clean restrooms, lobby area, hallways and other areas outside of the auditorium.Perform in-auditorium concession auxiliary sales as directed by management.Reporting to the management any problems, discrepancies or unusual situations that arise at the theatre.Conducting in theatre inspections to monitor picture and sound quality, watch for film and content theft, and help maintain a safe quality environment within the auditoriums.Managing crowd control and assisting guests in finding seats in auditoriums when necessary.Inspecting backpacks and packages when applicable.Tearing tickets, collecting and depositing appropriate stub, and directing patrons to their auditoriums.Required to read and understand training materials that will cover subjects such as sexual harassment and discrimination.If the theatre sells alcohol and your assigned duties will include the selling/serving of alcohol, you must be of legal age to sell or serve alcohol according to state or local laws.Ensure required alcohol certification and training are current where applicable.Abide by all federal and state laws with regards to breaks and/or meal periods.Complying with all local, state and federal food safety laws.Operating, preparing and cleaning of all concession related equipment.Operating POS system, including the proper handling of and responsibility for accuracy of cash drawer, credit cards, travelers' checks, gift cards and redeemed coupons as well as concession stock inventory.Responding to phone calls and questions from guests in a manner that is consistent with our guest service philosophy.Ensuring tickets are sold in accordance with the MPAA rating system and company policy.

    RIP OFF food, candy, drink prices of course, but the popcorn tastes years old. Like 1 person selling tickets with a line that looked like Disneyland ride line. Fifth- AWFUL customer service throughout. Fourth- the tickets are outrageously expensive. Not kidding- 27 minutes of AWFUL trailers. Second- there were 27 minutes of trailers. Did no one test these seats out BEFORE they were installed? Everyone around us was complaining how uncomfortable they were! They are stiff, straight up and down, you cannot tilt them back, they have a massive "leather" pillow that pushes your head forward that you cannot remove. First, they got rid of all their seats and put new "leather" seats that are EXTREMELY uncomfortable. We've been going here since they built it like 15 years ago? We won't ever go back after our experience with Mission Impossible in the IMAX theater.
